It is formulated with a thick clinging foam to penetrate deep into heating and cooling coils to clean coil surfaces. Spray area with penetrating foam. Foam breakdown and dirt absorption indicates when area is ready to be flushed. When used on evaporator coils, product may be left on to "self-rinse" with condensate water.
